Grief & Loss

What does it mean to “move forward with the grief”?

The journey is uniquely individual and so worthy of exploration.

Loss is the price of love. When we lose someone precious to us, or experience other losses, like divorce, loss of career, physical or mental illness - we experience distress which takes many shapes and forms. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, to grow and there are no timelines.

The process of discovering new meaning and purpose following loss is not linear… it’s more like a spiral moving out into the world and also moving inward to our core.

Coaching with me provides a safe, nonjudgmental space where ALL feelings (you might feel sad, guilty, angry, scared, confused, lost, anxious, exhausted, curious, hopeful, stuck) are welcomed.

All you need is a willingness and desire to explore what else is possible for you. In other words, what might “moving forward with your grief” look like, feel like, include, and exclude.

Ready to take a step forward in receiving more support, self-awareness and self-love?  Reach out to me. I’ve got you!

We don’t ‘move-on’ from grief. We ‘move-forward’ with it.
